Lunch Rules
The Rules for a good conference lunch:
- On time - Should not be delayed by speakers with too much to say
- A choice - We all don't like the same thing
- Hot - Hot food should be just that
- Cold - Cold food should have been kept that way, not left out to warm up and curl at the edges
- Sufficient - Enough for seconds
- Long enough - Conferences are about networking - we need time for that
- Coffee - To prevent too much yawning in the first session after lunch
